That's The Blues

Just My Luck

About The Band
Formed in 1997, Johnny Reed and The Houserockers have grown a passionate regional following for its sweaty, titantic live shows where they find themselves jamming endlessly into the night. Balancing renowned musicianship and real life songcraft that blends pop hooks with blues- and rock-influenced grooves, the band's reputation for its explosive live shows, has propelled them to win the "Northwest Ohio Blues Challenge" three years in a row, competing in the "Southeast Ohio Blues Challenge", and finishing in the top ten of one-hundred twenty-six blues bands from around the world, at the "International Blues Challenge" held in Memphis, TN in 2005.

Their sound is comparable to the likes of Delbert McClinton, The J. Geils Band, Paul Butterfield and James Cotton.

Johnny Reed and The Houserockers have released three albums since their debut, Thats The Blues, in 1999, Just My Luck, in 2003, and Most Requested, in 2005. They have played all over the United States and Canada and have shared the stage with the likes of Dr. John, James Cotton, War and Tower of Power just to name a few.
